Background

Lithium-ion battery has superior performance and is widely used in the field of portable electronic products. Portable power bank refers to the power supply that is scheduled to be carried by the user frequently not exceeding 18KG. In order to avoid safety accidents in the process of using and transporting lithium battery products and causing damage to your life and property, the National Standardization Administration of China issued the first domestic compulsory standard for lithium batteries on December 5, 2014: GB31241-2014 Safety Requirements for Lithium Ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Portable Electronic Products", the standard was officially implemented on August 1, 2015.
