1. Introduction to REACH certification:
      "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals; Chemical Registration, Evaluation, License and Restriction". This is the EU's regulation on preventive management of all chemicals entering its market, which was formally implemented on June 1, 2007.

      On February 7, 2019, the European Commission submitted a notification to the WTO, intending to add 4-tert-butylphenol to the list of SVHC candidate substances. On July 16, 2019, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) added a new batch of 4 substances to the SVHC candidate list. The specific substances include 4-tert-butylphenol, HFPO-DA, and 2-methoxyethyl ethyl. Four substances such as acid ester and TNPP, so far SVHC has been updated to 201 substances.

6. REACH certification cycle processing time:
Generally, the reach certification does not have a strict validity period, but the reach certification is not static. As the regulations are updated, the reach certification must be updated, and the old report will become invalid.

Under normal circumstances, it takes 5-7 working days to issue a REACH test report, which can be processed expeditiously!

6. REACH testing method:

Sample test method (textile products):
      Weigh 4.0g of sample, shake and extract with 80mL of acidic sweat in a 37°C water bath for 60 minutes, take 20mL of sample solution in a 50mL test tube with a stopper, add 2mL of acetate buffer and shake well. Add 2 mL of sodium tetraethyl boride solution and 2 mL of n-hexane in sequence. After shaking for 15 minutes, take the upper organic phase and purify it through a silica gel column, eluting with n-hexane and concentrating to a constant volume of 10 mL for GCMS analysis.

Sample test method (textile products): paint, PVC plastic, etc. samples:
      Weigh 1.0g sample, add tetrahydrofuran for ultrasonic extraction for 30min, purify it through a silica gel column, elute with n-hexane and concentrate to 10mL, take an appropriate volume of sample solution, derivatize it with sodium tetraethylboride, and perform GC-MS analysis.
