1. Scope of application
This certification rule applies to photovoltaic systems. The DC voltage on the input side does not exceed 1500VDC, and the open circuit output voltage on the AC circuit side does not exceed 1000VAC DC-AC inverters, controllers /Inverter integrated machine and controller, including grid-connected and off-grid inverters.
2. Certification mode The certification mode of inverters and controllers for photovoltaic power generation systems is: product type test + initial factory inspection + post-certification supervision.
The basic steps of certification include:
a. Application for certification
b. Product type test
c. Initial factory inspection
d. Evaluation and approval of certification results
e. Supervision after certification
f. Review
3. Certification application
3.1
Division of certification unit
In principle, the product model (power capacity) applied by the manufacturer is used as the application unit, and one model is used as a certification unit. When the applicant's application for a series of products uses the same hardware and structural conditions, but only the software control output is different, and confirmed by the inspection and certification engineer, this series of products can be applied as a unit. When necessary, other manufacturers should provide samples and related materials for CQC to check the consistency.
3.2
Application for certification submission materials
3.2.1
Application materials
a. Formal application form (fill out the application form online and print or download the blank application form to fill in)
B. Factory inspection survey form (when applying for the first time)
3.2.2
Proof materials
a. Registration certificates of applicant, manufacturer, and production plant such as business license, organization code (At the time of the first application)
b. When the applicant is a seller or importer, a copy of the relevant contract signed by the seller and producer, importer and producer must also be submitted.
c. Agent’s authorization and entrustment Book (if any)
d. Effective supervision and inspection report or factory inspection report (if any)
e. Other required documents
3.2.3
Provide product-related Data
a. Product assembly drawing, electrical schematic diagram, circuit diagram, product manual, etc.
b. Electrical parameter table
c. List of key parts/components
d. The same Explanation of the difference between each model product in the application unit
e.CB test certificate, CB test report (when the applicant holds CB test certificate application)
4. Certification time limit
/>After completing the product type test and factory inspection, the product certification certificate is generally issued within 30 days if the product meets the certification requirements.
5. Termination of certification
When the type test fails or the factory inspection fails, CQC makes a non-conformity decision and terminates the certification. If you want to continue to apply for certification after termination of certification, re-apply for certification.
6. Re-examination
Submit a re-examination application 6 months before the expiration of the validity period for type testing and re-examination of the factory inspection. For type testing, the applicant shall send samples according to CQC requirements, and conduct part of the project testing, and if necessary, complete the project testing. See Table 1 for the number of man-days for re-examination of factory inspections.
7. Fees
Certification fees are charged in accordance with the relevant regulations of CQC.
